We want you to love your fair trade treasures; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Every purchase supports orphaned and vulnerable children, so we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible for our community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the ornaments or fair trade items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resalable condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
